Our Salty Caramel Chossy is our first flavor in the "salty realm." The caramel base is highlighted with shards of semi-sweet chocolate and fleur de sel. The salt in this flavor is like the chossy (loose rock) when heading out to climb by the sea, some hand holds are solid and some are chossy - meaning some bites have salt and other bites have more salt. Its that unevenness that makes this flavor so addicting - what will the next bite be like?
