Our Lucky Pineapple Cake - Feng Li Su flavor was developed for our Soft/Grand Opening of the Costa Mesa based Climb Ice Cream. This Pineapple Based ice cream is filled with sweet Pineapple pieces and Shortbread Crumbles. The Pineapple Shortbread Cakes are a Taiwanese tradition that is being embraced by many cultures - gifting Good Luck Pineapple Cakes (Feng Li Su) during the Lunar New Year and for any special Life Changing Events.
