Our Blueberry Muffin ice cream was inspired by a dear friend that loves Blueberries and also loves to bake. We have all the makings of a fancy blueberry muffin - in ice cream form! A brown sugar ice cream base with blueberries, orange zest and Biscoff cookies (streusel). It tastes delicious and even smells divine like a real Blueberry Muffin!
